How to read your Speed Test Results?
Our bandwidth testing tool connects to real global CDN servers to measure your actual internet capacity. Here is what the metrics mean:
- Ping (Latency): Measured in milliseconds (ms). It shows how fast you get a response after sending out a request. A lower ping (under 50ms) is excellent for online gaming and video calls.
- Download Speed: Measured in Megabits per second (Mbps). This dictates how quickly you can pull real data from the server to your device. High download speeds are required for 4K streaming and large file downloads.
- Upload Speed: Measured in Mbps. It dictates how fast you can send data to the internet. Important for uploading videos to YouTube, Zoom meetings, or sending large email attachments.
